What kind of products do you sell?
We sell digital downloadable products — wall art prints, mobile wallpapers, planners, Islamic doa cards and kids activity sheets. Everything is designed to be printed at home or used digitally on your devices.
Are these physical products?
No — all products are digital downloads. Nothing will be shipped to you. After payment, you’ll receive an instant download link via email. Print it yourself at home or at any print shop! 🐾
What format are the files in?
Most products are delivered as high-resolution PDF files (for printables) or PNG/JPG files (for digital wallpapers). File format is specified on each product page.
What size should I print?
Each product listing specifies the recommended print size. Wall art is designed for A4 or A3 printing. Mobile wallpapers are sized for standard smartphones (1080 x 1920px).
Can I print as many copies as I want?
You may print as many copies as you need for personal use only. Reselling, redistribution or commercial use of our designs is not permitted. 🐾

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
- Billplz — FPX online banking for Malaysian buyers 🇲🇾
- Stripe — international credit and debit cards 🌍

Is it safe to pay on this site?
Yes! All payments are processed through secure, trusted payment gateways. We never store your card details.
Do you accept payment in currencies other than RM?
Yes! Our currency switcher automatically converts prices to your local currency. Prices are based on live exchange rates.
I'm an international buyer — can I purchase?
Absolutely! Our digital products are available worldwide. Simply checkout using Stripe or PayPal (coming soon) and your download link will be sent instantly. 🌍🐾

How do I receive my download?
After successful payment you’ll receive an email with your download link automatically. Check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it within a few minutes.
My download link isn't working. What do I do?
Please email us at paws@mindfullysue.com and we’ll sort it out within 24 hours. 🐾
Can I redownload my file if I lose it?
Yes! Log into your account on our shop and access your order history anytime to redownload your files.
What if the file quality isn't good enough for printing??
All our files are high resolution and print-ready. If you experience any quality issues please contact us at paws@mindfullysue.com 🐾
🐾 About the Cause
How much of my purchase goes to shelters?
70% of every purchase goes directly to animal shelters. 10% is reserved for tax compliance and 20% covers shop running costs.
Which shelters do you support?
We support animal shelters in Malaysia, prioritising volunteer-run shelters with limited resources and high need. You can see all donation receipts on our Their Share page.
How do I know the donations are real?
Every transfer receipt is posted publicly on our Their Share page. Real amounts. Real shelters. Real proof. No exceptions. 🐾
Can I donate directly without buying a product?
Not through this shop — but we encourage you to visit the shelters we support directly! Details are shared on our Their Share page.
🔄 Refunds & Issues
Can I get a refund?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. However if you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us at paws@mindfullysue.com and we’ll make it right. 🐾
The product looks different from what I expected. What can I do?
Please read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing. Mockup images show products in frames for illustration purposes — frames are NOT included. If you have questions before buying, email us first.
I found your product being shared for free online. What should I do?
Please report it to us at paws@mindfullysue.com — when someone shares our products without paying, the shelter animals lose their 70%. We take this seriously. 🐾
